EA Talent Squad Coaching Sessions  - Report 1

The following report from Chas Shrosbree shows a little of what the squad is up to over the winter months;

The strong cold wind made for excellent sailing conditions, as a flotilla of boats sped across the choppy Grafham Water, but head-on it was gruelling as East Anglia ’s BMX academy riders circumnavigated the lake.

 Talent Team coach Rich Townsend lead Bradley Watts, Arran Shrosbree, Eddie Spain, Katie Roberts and Matt Kirk on one of his many winter training days.

 The cold saw Bradley shamelessly wear his sister’s ballet tights to keep his legs warm, as the group braced the cold.

 Two laps of the lake, over eighteen miles in total, were completed at a fair pace and rewarded with a nice hot drink in the café. A short drive up the A1 saw the riders finish the day with a session in the skate park: fitness and skill all in one day!
